I went there at 58, within 2 days lvled to 60 with those monkey and bandit and quest reward......

Now I stay 60 because of full HWL gear, already got the HW Street Sweeper.

now slowly replacing my Outland gear with champion pvp gear.....then HWL......then after I farmed enough HK for lvl 70 pvp..I lvled up

Horde tends to lose easily in 61-70 AV bracket
