Hmm looks like they still have issues with the Marketplace.

Issue Update - 8:20pm Pacific

    Got over the immediate marketplace hurdle, and now the issue with the latest arcade titles downloading is resolved.

    We still have some newer content we need to get re-added to get it up there, and we are still having issues with the 1 vs. 100 download.

Is it possible to change region with my existing ID? Want to access JP marketplace

Can we use US points? I think Amazon gives a direct code instead of stupidly shipping the card to your house.

Well, my gamertag was originally registered in the UK but when i came back my 360 was stolen.  So it was a few years before i got my replacement.  I stupidly bought some Asian xbl points from gamers hideout (my fault for not checking) thinking the points were multi region only to realise i couldn't get it to work.

My solution was to register my girlfriend to an asian gamertag to use up the points.  Alternatively, I'm now using EU points purchased from the offgamers website.  I think their prices change from time to time currently RM215 for 4200 points and RM 107 for 2100 points (EU) which i believe its cheaper than the play-asia option.  They also carry US points at a similar price.  The best part is once your CC has been verified you get it in a few hours.  Their support is pretty good as well.

u mean ur gf use her asian gamertag n u use UK gamertag on the same console ? If ur gf buy theme, DLC, add-on ...etc using her asian gamertag, when u sign in using ur UK gamertag, can u access n use those things ?

Doesn't XBL downloadable content work like below?
- Bound to your Xbox Live account. Need to log in to use content.
- Bound to your machine/HDD (?) on which you made the purchase on. Any GT can use it, but it's specific to that HDD.
