Sometimes I just wish that the PS3 didn't screw up so badly. Microsoft needs a little competition to wake up and not act like they are the leader (oh wait, they are currently the leader).
I think it is Hollywood's fault. If Microsoft wants to globally release Gears of War or PGR3 content all over the world they can do it with a click of a mouse. I rather have no video marketplace at all due to our slowyx, leave it to the console which wants to bring the HD movies to the living room (PS3).
I can imagine the flaming that will occur on Major Nelson's blog when this news breaks out there.

QUOTE(bem69 @ Aug 30 2007, 05:40 PM) Basically if you put in your CC details, you're screwed because Microsoft doesn't have an option for you to cancel using the credit card. So how? the only option I can think of is to block from the CC side as the other party refuses to obey your request that you want to stop using the service.

Guys, can pin up the method to cancel LIVE on the first page? I think it is only fair to other ppl to know the method to cancel the LIVE as ppl do move on to other games or more important things like family, gf, kids This is also good as joining Live is like Hotel California, easy to join, but very hard to opt out. Not that I am anti-360 now, just a suggestion . I mean when you join a gym membership or credit card or handphone contract or any membership in particular you do read the cancellation procedure right?
