My son's xbox live membership suspended due to insufficient funds in the credit card.
How to revive it? I read the faq, says have to supply new credit card details. But I can't
get to the Account Management area. When I login, the cursor is stuck on the Membership
menu, I can't move it down to Account Management. Hope I am making sense.
Anybody can help?
