I'm considering buying a 360, and I got an offer for RM 1.5K, for an original non-modded set... The dealer say that the piece is originally from Singapore...

If I do get the box now, will I be able to create a LIVE account and play online?

I'm a little blur about the whole thing, cause the dealer say he saying a modded box for 1.7K, and that cannot go online...
