Is it possible to change region with my existing ID? Want to access JP marketplace

Ok let's say I create a new one with JP ID can those stuff purchased shared with my current ID?

I don't have any Asia Points.. Bought Japanese points from my friend in Japan, hope I can use them

Thanks to this thread I'm able to buy stuff from the JP marketplace now

Just Silver status is enough to DL demos

Can't be region salah I think since the region is tied to your log in ID location..
