Recently I have installed Maxis Home Fiber, strangely the alarm cannot call out to my mobile in the event of alarm trigger. However I can call into the alarm for arm/disarm

You need to add a # or ,

U mean prepend or append the phone no with #? For eg, #012-2314567?

In the alarm, did u set the number as +60 (area code) (number)? My alarm won't send out sms or call if using 0 (area code) (number) format. Once I set with +60 (area code) (number) then ok.

I haven't tried that yet... will give it a try tomorrow. But where is the + sign, I did not see it on the keypad K10H

One thing is when I keep on testing, the siren is really loud and scare disturbing the neighbour, is that a way to temporary disable the siren?

I managed to get it dial out via a 4G router with telephone line connected to the RJ11 port. However it still cannot call out via the Maxis home fiber router RJ11 port. I guess maybe it is really due to the VoIP issue?
