I believe the sst is still there, but yoodo absorbed it in a form of price reduction of data. Generally the reduction is about 50% and can be seen between the prices of before 1st September and the before.

the wallet is already in the app, any rewards shall be credited into the wallet. The good is reward is on the monthly basis and no expiry date. That's mean I am using free yoodo every month.

nope, they are based on digital services, no physical shop, no denomination card, no kiosk, no booth and agents dealing with it. All is DIY by using their Yoodo app. What you have to do request the blank sim card which is free including the postal fee. Once the card reached into your hand, then youi decide if you want to choose the number or 'keep my own number' which is requesting the port in.

depending where your place is, but here in my area I am having poor speed despite the full 4G bar received. Yoodo confirmed it is due to congestion by celcom network. I am using digi for data and calls from yoodo.

To keep the line active is only 30days any of these base plan, the minimum shall be data 2GB/RM12 or voice 50min/RM5 or 50 SMS/RM3. For your minimum as per your requirement, 2GB + 50min calls.

lol, chill 😁 in my opinion yoodo is doing good. Ppl do like their customization plans, they are giving away rewards and freebies, and the best part is they heard and implemented the suggestions later on. I am using their services since from earlier of this year, seen many improvement in terms of pricing. Not the cheapest but still going that way. I wonder if you see the same as Tapp or Ookyo, and not from Yoodo's sibling the Xpax either.

If you are an early user, there are many VIP number to choose on, since the service is almost a year now, it is common for not see any those number anymore.

they do have the community page, the admin and one of his colleague managed the conversations good. The best part get rewarded if we actively participate for the community.

To be honest from day 1, I never took any SMS plan except for voice and some data for backup. The SMS purchased by logic to enable the users to send out SMSes. So the usages for sure will be deducted from that. Maybe you can forward that question in there to get the accurate info.

don't think so you'll get shocked bill as we pre paid the amount 1st unlike the postpaid. Switching off the auto renewal help us to plan the next usages efficiently, or help us to re set again the billing cycle according to our need.

Tho I am using yoodo as my main line for calls and other things, but not for data. Data on Celcom in my place so poor despite the full bar of LTE. Quite few times raised ticket for that and lastly they confirmed that the cell congested during peak hours. Can't do much on yoodo side and and they said they would do the upgrade on 2019. I doubt they won't as I have been hearing these fews back during my stay with celcom and redone. For data now I am using digi broadband home.
