Just ran a speedtest of different APN between Celcom and MNVO riding on same network, seem like Tunetalk is most uncapped while Yoodo is slowest.

Most balanced is default celcom3g

Tested with same phone, same server at same location.

Avg got 10Mbps here....

How many bars in your phone?
If 4G weak, better fix with 3G only for faster speed and battery saving.
And phone lacking resources might degraded your speed as well.

And to purchase that base plan...you need to use pay 1st lo thru credit card or debit card.

0.045 sen/minutes is cheap, but if kept short calls then also wasted alot.

Using xiaomi redmi 5 plus. Main sim is yoodo and second sim is XOX. Both under celcom. But yoodo 4G is coverage is really bad. This place is inside 7 eleven. You can see both sim signal. As you can see the page is loading very slow due to bad signal.
