i think your problem not same like mine. maybe same problem imessage n facetime problem where yoodo can’t send sms to server. better approach yoodo customer service.

Is the mobile number registered under the same IC as online banking?

I checked my phone and the app size is around 90MB. On par with Hotlink app.

I had to use Telkomsel app when I was on their sim in Indonesia. That thing was 180MB so it took ages to open everything. Same with Grab app (like 200MB). Ughhh.

Every telco must stay active to port out. At least get sms RM3 before request port in any telco.

If not mistaken yoodo no need, the port out confirmation is sent via email.

Icic. Ya I remembered it was via email as well. Just not sure if it is under 60 days grace period but no active pass will be able to port out or not.

Never mind just use rm3 for peace of mind. Save the troubles for any delay subsequently.

already activated rm3 unfortunately yesterday at 8:46pm when i decided to port. line was inactive at 7:50pm++.
the port-out request was done initially at 3:29pm but the stoopig seller which i bought the blank sim from, submitted the port-out request with wrong no. else i won't need to spend extra rm3.

Port-in No: Yoodo (Prepaid)
Port-to: Hotlink Prepaid

23 July 2023 11:10pm - submitted port-in request at Hotlink

24 July 2023 8:04am - received Yoodo's email to confirm port-out. Clicked it immediately to confirm.




now see how fast it will port over to hotlink.

obviously they started working at 8am which they sent this as a form of customer retention (what a lousy deal)? haha. so that's why the port-out was processed at 8:04am.
