I have been trying to port out my celcom number for over a week without success. Their support is subpar, and after numerous times kacau, when i ask them only nak bagi ticket report number instead of terus bagi when I lodged complaint.

However, i still have hope for this plan because the rates are really great if you don't need a lot of data (5gb data, 2000min calls, 50 sms for just rm45, that's a pretty good deal)

My second sim which i only subscribe to 50sms per month for cost just rm3, good if u need secondary number for WhatsApp web.

But still damn dulan about the port out

What's the problem with your port out/in? Celcom still hasn't "released" you or Yoodo hasn't ported you in?

I ported out from Celcom to Yoodo too. My problem during that time was that Celcom ported me out, but Yoodo did not port me in. So I was left with no phone connection for a few hours. I contacted Yoodo via their Live Chat and within an hour after that, my Yoodo connection was activated.

So far I am pretty happy with my Yoodo line. I really like that you can customise your plan to suit your needs.

My problem was that i applied for port out but then when i wanted to activate sim it was rejected. Celcom said they never received my request.

Ding dong ding dong two weeks later then Yoodo told me to reinstall my app and resubmit my cc info, then only can. Now waiting for celcom to complete the port out

The two weeks to figure out what's wrong yang tak tahan tu, so damn long

Just ported in my number for a plan with
10GB internet
100 min calls
50 sms

for RM60/mo. Not the cheapest but suits what I need, minus the 5gb+5gb weekend bullshit that i absolutely hate.

Will see how it performs (celcom network) when it arrives!

Hi, is there anyone can help, since I haven’t found any offline store yet in Penang?

I’m foreigner who using Digi Postpaid 58 and have deposit RM500, how if I want to port out to Yoodo? Since I have to withdraw my deposit and meanwhile I have to directly port in to Yoodo by app (should be active numbers, hope you can understand what I mean)

And how is your experience by using Yoodo? I look around for preferred numbers, seems like nombor bagus not available (users of Yoodo still minor right?)

Your billing cycle is from the day you activate your Yoodo line until 30 days later. Say u activate your line in mid of Feb, your billing cycle is until mid of Mar. So no need pro rate.

Hi, I believe this is to verify that payment via your credit/debit card can go through. This charge will be reversed.

I had the similar situation when I registered for my account & SIM card last month. When I checked my credit card bill, the rm1 was not charged to my card.
