my most recent experience - finally after numerous email and chat session with Yoodo about not receiving the SIM, they did 2 things:

1. send via Poslaju (Mail Drop Service)
2. escalate their courier company

recevied Poslaju on Monday and receive the courier company delivery on Tuesday
The sim delivered by the courier company finally someone rang my door and ask me for signature

Roam Like Home Question - going to Thailand with family soon, so if i purchase Roam Like Home which only cost RM10 how many days validity will i get, 24 hours?

just join yoodo from xpax. so far so good. my phone still detect this is new yoodo sim as celcom sim.

just request another SIM, doubt u can use someone's unused SIM despite its not activated

I assume we will get it on next renewal? I cant find any details on their website and facebook

What about existing line which does not have any active subscription?

Last Saturday 7th, we had a brief talks and light refreshments with CEO of Yoodo, Mr Chow Tuck Mun, highlighted on some problem with sim delivery, network performance, users based, plans and many more.

just renewed rm3 plan. no sign of the free data and mins

How come my one does not have extra 2GB and 60 voice minutes?
I first thought straight away free immediately which credited our current base quota.
Did you try Live Chat with them about this?

If immediate I can only use for 3 days as my next renewal is 15/12

If the next renewal is turned off @ not to auto renew per my current plan, do I still enjoy the free 2GB & 60MINS when my current plan expires? Thanks

Is Yoodo just another brand under Celcom? I see their website is Celcom's copyright, owned and operated by Celcom unlike Xox or Tunetalk.

Since they do not have store, that's mean if any thing would like to refer, can only refer them online and cant refer them at any Celcom store right?

I top-up on 2nd day of introducing the promo in December.
I got Boosted, but until today nothing in from Yoodo itself.

And if my understanding is correct, Yoodo promised to gift RM5 for the first few top-up in EVERY MONTH. I don't know if top-up within the first hour after midnight Malaysian time still does not qualify for it.

Boost really paid.
But Yoodo certainly is empty promises until today.
