yesterday evening I claimed my MCO 1Gb.
downloaded 1 small movie close to maybe 600mb and later midnight checked my Free 1gb data didn't even move 1 byte even. Even watched a few YouTube videos and still didn't deduct.
then this morning 8am I check baru deduct 5mb. LOL.

really free data during and after breakdown.
But don't expect Yoodo to compensate. The last time Umobile had a major outage, they just say sorry and that's it.

This yoodo outage has made realize that I need a backup telco on my dual sim phone.

Reduced yoodo to 50 mins plan with no data and I now have signed up for my first ever umobile sim. Was pleasantly surprised that umobile 4g is good in my area. The wifi calling feature also will surely come in handy.

How much u paying for the umobile? Based on last yoodo experience, I already have the Digi rm1 unlimited as data and only use yoodo for calls.

L ooks like 3GB Free data was utilized first than the Free 1GB data.. I have used so many data buy still showing 0GB.
I don't have base data and only SMS.

This telco has very high downtime and breakdowns. Not worth subscribing.

I have bad experience. SIM sent to be can be found already activated by someone else unknown and cannot be used.

The cheap customizable plan is not worth for the time wasted. Wallet can suddenly get expired and everything you have in it will be forfeited.

If you read their community board, got even people reported that their lines can suddenly get deactivated for no reason.

Our telco data line (MAXIS, CELCOM, Digi, U Mobile, YES 4G, XOX, Yoodo and etc.) is bad and unstable, there is only 50% of chance the line is really congested in our areas.

The other 50% of chance is because someone is using the phone signal jammer to block our line so that we cannot use the data to online, and even call.

When we enter a building or our house, if the 4G line suddenly drops a lot, or even drop to H/3G until cannot online, but the line will goes back to 4G normally after leave the building or outside our house, then we can sure that someone is using the jammer to block our line.

If I am not mistaken, it is illegal for those who do this according to MCMC.

Of course I checked the SIM pack carefully and this was admitted by even their own customer consultant staff who confirmed that the SIM was already activated by someone else. I even snapped pictures of the SIM to make sure no mistake to prove to the consultant just in case any dispute happens in future.

Sending customers already activated SIM puts their integrity of their customer's account at stake. Who knows if the company has clone cards being used by someone else for scam and you're registered as a holder? IF something happens who will get blamed?

Wallet didn't expire? The link and quoted answer was taken straight from their website and it took effect only starting March 2020 this year.

why not just link credit/debit card instead ?

Once you link it, even when you unlink it (have to call Yoodo cs), it still appears in the apps. Not good
