Can you point to me where is this hybrid single layer profile 7 documentation. I can't find it.
TV will show DV tag whenever there is media which contain DV data but TV won't/can't provide specific information on what type of data available on the media file.

The FEL contain the real DV information which only BD player, Amlogic SoC and iinm some TV able to process and output because the device need to able to decode both media and data at the same time.

Ya i found some topic related to this 'hybrid'.
After reading it, the purpose is to:
1. Apply DV from web-dl source on to movies/shows that was released on Blu-ray disc without DV
2. Convert/create new Profile 8.1(HDR10 fallback) from DV Profile 7 so it can be played on both DV or non-DV display.
Based on your screenshot:
1. DV Profile 8.1(BL+RPU) - has DV and HDR10 but it is single layer without FEL.
2. DV Profile 7(BL+EL(FEL)+RPU) - dual layer but Shield TV will ignore EL layer during playback and TV will still trigger DV flag.

Afaik, there is no DV Profile 7 Single Layer exist officially or unofficially and there is no way to force Shield TV to output/process FEL.
When the DV Profile 7 is converted to single layer it is either become Profile 5 or Profile 8.1/8.2.

Here is officially DV profile. Refer the BL:EL section, the 'N/A' means the profile is single layer and has no EL layer.

*There's another DV Profile 10 for AV1 codec and it is single layer.
