log into mobile@unifi app and go to Support>Online Form.
Enquiry Type: Account Related & Delivery
Enquiry Details: Mobile App (mobile@unifi) & Self-Care
and fill in the Messege box with your request.

Did u select the correct SIM?

There is always setting on both side to be enabled before a service can be use.

Telco side.
Device side.

Take iMessege & Facetime issue on iPhone, it's not webe (I think the Telco is still called webe) issue but due to Apple had not updated in the firmware to allow webe to use iMessege & Facetime.

As for VoLTE, I think it's both side
1. Some device had VoLTE disabled eventhough the hardware is capable.
2. webe only enabled the service on specific device.
3. Some towers are not VoLTE enabled yet
