Yup, that’s true.
TM’s main concern was to achieve the 1 million target. The free 20GB was just the right bait to get it done as fast as possible, most subscribers maximizing their quota of 5 SIM cards per I.C.

Let’s see how many will continue to maintain the line after the hoopla of free 20GB is over.

If TM wanted to give out free 20Gb data, so to create super awareness so that people will apply and use, then they are success.  Excellent product relaunching promotion.

Many of us, including myself, never bother with P1 or Webe, have apply max 5 cards and asking/telling other friends if they have applied also.  Another excellent promotion of mouth to ear direct product introducing promotion.  This is even more powerful than mass media advertisement.

And if they really wanted to do so, they better really give 90 days free to use until reload/expire time.  What is the point to cancel those extra days after 31st Mar, from 1st Apr unitl 24th Apr (1st batch reaching 90 days), not even 1 month, And make everyone jumping up and down.  It is not worth.

If really expire on 31st Mar, then can direct say so when we apply time. If now suddenly say so, then it is a PR disaster.

I believe TM is still giving out free 20GB until 31st Mar and not limited to 1 million simcards.  Maybe for 1 million persons.

So that means the earliest, by 1st July. 3 months after the 31st Mar, they will know how many real paying customer still with them.  And who are they and where are they using.  And from there, TM will formulate their mobile strategy.

For me, I like this Unifi.  Because I can get 100% 4G signal inside my house, even in toilet.  For Celcom, Digi, YES and Maxis, I can only get 4G signal at less than 50% if near to windows.  If inside the house, only 3G or even Edge signal.  Umobile is only 3G available.

Now I am using Tunetalk Vibe 200 of 240GB per year at Rm200.  If Unifi can come out the same plan, I sure will stay.

Currently the price of RM50 for only 8GB is toooooooooooo bad.

But, I believe the final price should be better than the Webe broadband of rm99 for 60GB.  I can accept this one.

Unifi actually released their own mobile line?! Is the line good in Johor area?

Any idea which are the places in Klang Valley that has LTE coverage? Have not been able to make use of the 20GB free quota yet as all the places I have been only has 3G. Using an iphone 6.

OT: I have hotlink before.  Every time you updated the apps you need the hotlink sim. After updated no need d as long as you have Internet access.

why i cant call out using the free 10 minutes call?

Received my Sim this afternoon from delivery guy, inserted into my xiaomi Mi4i phone.  Tested on calling/sms, no problem.

Super slow when I tried to surf net or open waze, basically the page is like loading forever.  Asked CS via live chat, she said xiaomi phone got firmware problem which failed to use LTE band 5.  When I asked about cheaper phones that support LTE band 5, she said mostly Samsung phones work.

As a work around, currently I changed settings of mobile network from "Preferably LTE" to "Preferably 3G", then at least can watch youtube and use waze.  In my case, quota allocated for 3G/LTE (40MB) will be consumed faster than LTE-only (20GB).

can u make a call using that note 3? everytime i want to call out, it ended automatically after 1 sec.  any setting need to configure first before using this sim card?

how to switch to H+? not auto detect or switch itself automatically?

the mobile network already set auto [LTE, WCDMA/GSM (auto connect)] , but still i cant call out using this phone. if i put the sim in others phone , its ok.

At least one forumer earlier in this thread said they saw the VoLTE symbol on their phone.

2-i have two sim slot, slot1 is for call and slot2 is for data, so do i need to make ll suing slot2 sim in order to utilize volte since slot1 signal is unifi3g and slot2 is unifi 4g?

Got the message that a setting will be sent to me. But no setting received. So I just manually entered unifi APN.

Is it a different APN to enable VoLTE?
