anybody here can login into the webe app? i tried the app and desktop version it keep saying that my email is invalid even though i type in the correct one.

Guys,quick question ah,i successfully activated my new unifi sim 2 day ago,then i think i gonna port out my old number *(maxis)* to this telco and already submitted request on the unifi@mobile application.When i call maxis,they said no port out request has been made..it is the port out request will started when i collect the sim at the nearest tm point?

How to check when reaching 90 days expiry? Or do we need to remember ourselves?

according to another user, yes, it will start when u collect the sim.

Tested on band 5 (Samsung Note 4) LTE connection not stable (25% signal)
Tested on band 38 & 40 (TP Link MR200), can get 6-8mbps average (50%) signals

In the first place no port out request received yet on Maxis side, so how do you figure Tm Unifi even prepare your Maxis number for activation?

Waste of time getting Sim from Unifi. Can't even load lowyat forum. Have to use back Digi to post this .

No, I can load other websites, only problem between Unifi and lowyat.

I can't load any website at all.

First thing when insert sim already set APN as instructed. Like mentioned before only lowyat and speedtest can't load.

*avoiding pesky screen freezes after selecting ID type for the sim purchase journey

*fixed live-chat sometimes not working

mine ok can load with chrome...post from phone

Speedtest pun play nice. Only the speed is kns abit

They send email ask me to collect from TM pandan indah. Stated in email Saturday 9am to 1 pm opening hrs. Went there just now and saw notice on entrance Saturday, Sunday and public holidays closed. Pity the hundreds who will make a wasted trip there today. They don't even know their own working hours.

guess is the general email. some branches doesn't open on weekends
