any tips and trick when to do web check-in for better auto-seats-arrangement? travelling with spouse and a kid, didn't buy seats as quite expensive, try to save money smile.gif

login AA > manage booking > stuck at loading.. happened to firefox and chrome.. been more than a week.. anyone encounter the same?

what is wrong with AA > Manage Booking, forever loading..

tried with chrome, IE, firefox.. same..

question for scenario below:

3 passengers in one booking number, all already web-checked-in.
luggage/baggage check-in tagged to passengerA.
but passengerA last min cannot depart.
can passengerB and C make use of the baggage check-in?

hopeless to ask AA (virtual assistant is useless, and livechat is forever loading), unless u walk-in to klia2, or call the bloody expensive phone number..

thanks.. twitted AA support, they also claimed the same.

i now have another problem.. i asked them how to change flight date for one of the passenger, and they asked to go Manage Booking to Split Booking, problem since last weeks.. when click Manage Booking, it is waiting forever.. today still the same, tried with firefox/chrome/IE

tried AA app, no problem on Manage Booking, but no option for Split Booking..

anyone has issue (or only me), whenever logged in, then go My Credit Account, the page is loading forever; same goes to App.

tried with few different browser too.
