Many years back I usually carry my hiking backpack in the cabin as long as it does not exceed 7kg in weight. But now seems Airasia has implement new rules hiking backpacks not considered as cabin luggage (as shown below).

QUOTE(munkeyflo @ Mar 8 2017, 01:19 PM) They usually will email and SMS you regarding any flight change. With such changes, most of the time, they will give you an option to change to another flight. For example, one of the emails I received for a flight change last year. I also affected with the reschedule & I called them and choose option 1 (change flight time w/o charge). Do you have experience how long will they processes the request? The CS told me I will receive email new flight time itinerary when approved but I still not receive any..» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « This one was rescheduled to more than 2 hours and had Option 1 & 2. Whereas the other email I received.. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « This one didn't get any option because it's just a difference of 10 minutes I guess. I still get an email and SMS about it regardless. If you didn't receive anything, just contact them for more assistance. |
