question 1 is yes, 20 inch is the maximum size u can carry on

Not always the case. Some professional photographers (underwater photographers too) mostly hand carry their precious equipments and that thing can be super duper heavy. Plus these people usually carry laptop and external HDD as well. I can see easily go above 7kg.

So they will have to look into investing in Pelican case or similar hard bags with lots of protection for their gears. Or just fly other airlines

for the latest baggage policy not exceed 7kg if one luggage and backpack both not exceed more than 7kg can this pass?

Excuse me, I wanted to book a ticket to Japan and I’m not sure if I need to include bin/binti on my flight booking details. Some say no need, some say need (according to friends). I read a case where a passanger had trouble somewhere in middle eastern country where she didn’t put binti in her flight ticket.

Hi, I will be travelling Sandakan - Kota Kinabalu - Hong Kong on Airasia. I am just making a short trip and will not have any checked in lugage. I have checked in online for both sectors.

What is the procedure when I reached Kota Kinabalu from Sandakan? Can I just walk to the immigration counter inside departure hall to transfer to internation departure terminal or do I have to do document verification at check in counter? I have only 2 hour transit so I really want to save time on unnecessary procedures.

I have made a return flight booking with AirAsia for early March to/from Taiwan. Due to the coronavirus outbreak I would like to postpone or get a refund from AA.

I have tried using their chat messenger AVA through their website and FB page but can't seem to get an answer.

Do you guys know how I can contact AA customer service email address or telephone number. TQ.

Actually the Chinese Govt banned their citizen from visiting Taiwan (free & easy or personal) since Aug 2019. Only tour groups allowed.

So it turns out to be a blessing in disguise.
