No but buying separate tickets for to and fro sometimes give you cheaper price. or buying individual tickets instead of 2-3 people share one itinerary (unless you all planned to share luggage). Tried and tested before.

Buying 2 one way tickets to and fro ends up more expensive. I had the misfortune of doing this for an upcoming KUL -SIN trip because of uncertainties over my return date. When I booked the 1-way SIN to KUL several hours after I booked KUL to SIN, the prices were about 30% higher for all for all flights and dates compared to return.

Has anyone managed to make a claim for delayed baggage? In a recent flight from KUL-SIN my checked in luggage arrived 12 hours late

Ask AA issued letter at baggage counter. Use the letter and claim your travel insurance.
Late for consecutive few hours is claimable under premium insurance usually.

Didn't buy travel insurance. Any possibility of claiming from AA?

Seems that AirAsia will stop flying to Kalibo Airport (Boracay) after 26 March 2018

I have a return ticket and they cancelled the Kalibo (KLO) - KUL leg, saying the route is suspended, so they will refund this leg or give me a credit. The problem is that leaves me with a one way ticket to Kalibo with no return flights. AA seems to be the only airline doing KLO - KUL direct

Anyone had luck arguing with AA that they should refund the entire journey?

Has anyone experienced issues with the AirAsia Value Pack that is supposed to have free standard seat selection bundled?

Even after I selet free standard seats which shows as RM0.00 when I reach the payment page, Rm9.90 is suddenly added for seat upgrade !! Not matter what seat I select, the RM9.90 is added
