You can check in 2 weeks before departure daye.

If for domestic, if check in at counter there rm10 fee.

If for oversea,  no difference. But from my experience, if check in early there is higher possibility to sit together without payibg for the seat. In my case 90% I can sit with my friend.

The check in counter open 4 hour before departure and close 1 hour before departure.

How much is it?
Depends, but usually a few days. As long as the promo seats on that particular flight is not taken up, you might still get it tomorrow.
If it's during the peak season and a popular route, it might be gone the next hour.
