OK, its obviously a FLASH problem, perhaps the version is out of date on my FireFox Browser. So I switch to Internet Explorer. Go through the whole process again, get to the payment page - the 'Moving Character' box is now 'moving', but all that is visible is red 'snow'! No 'characters'.
OK, lets try my iPad - thats right up to date.
I go through the whole process a 3rd time, get to the payment page - RED SNOW!
At that point I gave up and booked with MAS.
I have no idea why this dumb 'Security Feature' is necessary when no other airline seems to use it. But it is costing Air Asia bookings. They may claim in their defence that you should have an up to date browser blah blah blah....but I've tried 3 browsers, on two different platforms, and none worked. If Air Asia want to make it impossible for customers to use their airline they are sure going about it the right way!
FIX THIS AIR ASIA.
