the subscription fees of RM 2650 is non refundable right

thanks for the reply....so the worst case is the 5% on cost of the number of units purchased + this RM 2650

they target the corporates by giving free machines...sure they will hv the terms stating that the capsules must be bought from them right? So i think it won"t bring any advantage to their downlines.
I don't thing it is a direct scam....for it is stated in the contract....no sales ...contract can terminated...

why would the others by from you at a higher price when they can buy direct from the office?

yes, the sale of the capsule will be affected, but so is the income of new investors...if the replacement of the machines are given free...it will "dilute" their income
and also the income of that company.

I think most probably not.....I once observed a Nescafe coffee machine....the hole of the tray to insert the capsule are custom made to the capsule size.

Not sure what is your definition of con investment project....
But i would say....it is not a con investment ...just that there are much better investment out there...

1. Purchase up to 30 units of ARISSTO Coffee Machines (‘the Coffee Machines’) at a special dealer offer price of RM799.00 per unit (“Dealer Offer Price”) from the Company [“the said Entitlement”].
The said Entitlement shall be valid for a period of one (1) year only from the date herein stated.

1. Loan any or up to 30 units of the Coffee Machines to the Company Customers. The Company undertakes to the iPartner that each of the Company Customers will purchase a minimum of 60 Arissto Coffee Capsules per month (“Minimum Purchase Target”).

the entitlement is for 1 year....
the loan of machines to company customer is ONLY entitled to 1 year....after that is you makan sendiri?

also the warranty is subjected to ......
"Free maintenance and warranty for a period of 5 years for the 30 units of Coffee Machines subject to the other terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty....."
which may excludes many non free replacement spare parts....just like some handphone batteries is only 3 months as in the fine print.

since you are an investor of ipartner....isn't it more advantage and convenient for you to get clarification from the company on some of the queiries posted?

i estimated can get at least 10.6% pa for the 1st 5 yrs, then abt 8.3% pa forever after that 5 yrs for an investment of RM 6550

on 60 capsules of the Minimum Purchase target (entitled) per machine per month
on abt RM30 per box of 10 capsules
on Free maintenance and warranty for a period of 5 years, thereafter Maintenenace fees of RM30 per machine per annum (1 to 1 replacement)
on 6.5% commision to be given to you based on the Company Customer tier rate......thus

60 capsules = 6 boxes per machine
5 machines = 30 boxes
30 boxes X RM30 = 900 X 6.5% = RM58.5 per month X 12 = RM 702 pa....

total invested if RM 6550, thus abt 10.7% pa........Minimum SURE can get if according to contract "plan".....for the 1st 5 yrs....

After the 5th year onward
RM702 - RM150 (maintenance contract @RM30 x 5) = RM552, thus about 8.3%pa Minimum SURE can get if according to contract "plan".....after the 5th year....till FOREVER.
