the member are paying RM799 for the machine + RM2 per month for the maintenance of the machine to be rented to you for RM1 per month.......

your RM 1 is not enough to cover the cost of maintenance, so they have to make abit from the capsule lah......

wondering how they will recoup the invested amount at 6.5% commision per capsule?

...the selling of the contract can be done AFTER 12 months from purchase of contract, on the Arissto platform (refer to 7c )
...the contract is for the coffee machine (refer to 5b and 7a)
....the selling price of the coffee machine CANNOT be cheaper than the official retail price of the machine....(refer to 7 Cii ),
....the subscription fees and the contract are 2 separate items....(refer to 5)
....thus the subscription fees is not a contract....thus not able to sell
....and it is non refundable (refer to post#6)

who would want to buy a 12 months old coffee machine from a reseller when they can get a brand new directly from Arissto that are of the same official retial price?
then again, who would buy a machine (abt RM799) + need to pay for monthly maintenance charges when they can rent a machine for RM1 monthly without maintenace cost?

just a note of caution....
have some back up plan in case your relationship with your relatives, family members/friends that bought your machines that you are selling to them...turned sours

the "selling" in mentioned earlier is for selling the scheme....

there are 2 options in your scheme right?
1 is loan to company and there other one is not loan to company.. right?
loan to company you get 6.5% per capsule with a Minimum Target of 60 capsules per month.... right?
and this loan to the company is for 1 year only....right?

the other one is you, yourself loan to your own customers then you earn 10~20% per capsule...right?
for this self gained customers, you will be responsible for servicing, getting the supplies and other things your self ...right? and not the company right?
thus for this option, the customers (most probably relatives, family members, friends) would "yell" at who when the service are BAD including those that are not beyond the control of the contract holder but are controlled by the company...example repair services.....

sort of giving up 3 years of income for "an opportunity" or "IF" the billions happens
judging from past Aristo investment scheme (like the Aristo Ipartner certificate scheme as in post 1),...what make this time to be a success?

maybe this site can shed some lights of the number of listed companies that made it to the Billion Ringgit Club

if the promise are made in black and white with the company letter head, signed and chopped,...then you got a case,
but if it just a verbal promises,...then

No idea,...
But I can only speculates, deposits are required, for the borrower may damage it or"cabut" with it...
Have to check with them to confirm the need for deposits n the amount to deposit.
Before you do that, you can try read that earlier provided link,...most probably the info about deposit is stated there together with the other T&C

is the commission things guaranteed sure have in the contract agreement no matter how much Sales there are?
Can the company can says,..EMCO, not sales no commissions?
or not enough sales to make payable commission that are above the minimum to pay amount?
(sort of like, do the states in the agreement that no commission will be pay out if the value is less than (example) RM10?

or commission of value below the min payout value will be accumulated and will be pay out once reached above the min payout value?

it is an investment without fixed to pay amount,...can a police report helps?

EMCO, many companies failed to have enough/no sales,...they could just be temporarily, for with more reopening of businesses, hopefully the sales can starts

i could be wrong, i think a police reports may not works,...for to the police it is an investment....unless you can substantiate in your report the criminal nature of the crime.....
delay or not paying few months of commission is not a crime, for they say 15%pa,...few months is not cummulative a year yet....
