also not forget to mention here,
fortron bluestorm 500watt is also not 500 watt, it is actually 460watt true power..
dunno why fortron labelled it as 500watt..

u pay what u get.
a true power 600w will cost u around RM600 - RM700 whereas the extreme power is only half of the price.

Read reviews lor... read forums lor... since good reviews (like spcr) will open it up wat, then can see who makes it from the components, layout and heatsink design.

ps: nobody really uses copper heatsink for psu and this doesn't mean that the Coolermaster is a bad psu. It's just extra money paid for the black paint and coolermaster name mar tongue.gif

In fact, seventeam is actually produced quality psu. cm, silvertone just re-label it. the code indicating who built it actually printed on the main pcb ( some psu hv more than 1 ). Just browse to jonnyguru's forum and you'll be suprised.

The Silverstone OP1000 is NOT made by Seventeam. It's built by Silverstone using the base components from Seventeam. Seventeam's 1000W is a multi rail design. OP1000 is single rail. They dont need to buy n relabel. They haf a whole team of superb PSU engineers who were formerly from Etasis.

I wondering others CM models also like that. Outside box label rating power is not the true with what is inside the PSU. PSU under power will create a lot problem, PC restarting, data corrupted, HDD spoilt etc.....better open up next time before we buy doh.gif

LOL. There's no such thing as a Powerlogic with truepower. Powerlogic n iCute PSUs r just BAD stuff. Over rated n unreliable. U'll find out once u check the 12V fluctuations under load.

OC ur RAMs, CPU, GFX to the limit. Turn on all ur fans to max speed, on all the CCLF lights, run dual instances of Prime95, with 20 pages of IE open, turn on 3DM06. That'll gif it lotsa work. I'm very sure u'll c the Powerlogic dipping below 12V n drop to about 11.5V mebe even worse.
