Air waitress most of the time just taking order and serving tea. They are not collecting or counting money some more. How much could you expected. In fact is overpaid.

Please don't tell they learn all those flight navigation skill, kungfu skill when encounter terrorist, replace air bus driver when he is drunk... all this is worth the pay.

Everything about flight is glorified. Even air bus driver.

i don't think they earn more than 5k per month for working experience below 5 years, I have a friend that works as MAS air stewardess too, flying domestic and international. She even asked me to introduce her any part-time job to help with her monthly expenses.

The pay is by per flight, there will be the allowance to claims but somehow u also need to spend it on your meal and outing etc, if your flight canceled, you won't get any allowance for that day.
