good
- location, direct to ldp and link to elite (have to pay toll if going subang or elite)
- 2 car park side by side , not tendem
- no need to pay anything include DP, legal (only need 2k booking)

bad
- commercial land (not certain with HDA) but water bill surely expensive, if got HDA then at least still can switch electric to residential rate
- 48 months completion, progressive interest pay until vomit
- bare unit , prepare to spent plenty on renovation
- high density

people claiming that project under hua yang is sucks, so is that a whole assumption to all of their project?
samsung make a note 7 and become a time bomb and do you assume all samsung phone are the same?
it does not make sense
all we wanted to know is simple, preferably owner experience or someone who knows deep on the real situation and condition then share and discuss instead of directly conclude that this/that is sucks and when people ask more into detail then counter it with "google yourself"...it just meaningless

if discussing how developer built their home and how their management work will get sue, the court will be full house like medical center

i think they open until 5pm for walk in unless you got appointment with the salesperson there.
there is a guard guarding at the entrance, so you need to let him know your intention before going in but if nobody is there means everybody "fong gong" already

by looking at these so called promo compare with the time when I visit previously......very obvious their sales sucks doh.gif

if you aim for own stay, just wait a little longer, I believe their promo will throw in even more

if you aim for investment.....it is a dangerous profile (I personally don't think the rental could goes up 1.2 to 1.5k, most around 900-1k)

those are commercial unit, got HDA or not i am not sure so you have to prepare for paying commercial rate

their proposed time of completion is 48 months from the day i post this thread, so be prepare to pay longer progressive interest

my advise....

if you really can wait...observe for another year or 2
