QUOTE(JLA @ Jan 8 2020, 01:04 PM) I also feel the same. My wife is using Celcom and it seems like her 4G is stronger than mine at certain places. Sometimes when i go into a tunnel and come out, very difficult to connect to 4G again. I had to use third party app to force 4G. I thought problem with my phone but when i use Digi simcard, no such issue.I really hope this are just isolated incidents because nobody in market can beat XOX Black, if you ask me. |

QUOTE(darkcurves @ Jan 10 2020, 04:23 PM) There are always "first times" in life.Tell them the signal bar, and speed test (let them know what's the download/upload speed based on speedtest.net app), since when it happens, and of course the location/address. If it's inside a house, don't worry, the telco people won't come and knock your door. It's just for their reference and record purposes. |

After researching, I found that Black B10 plan is very affordable compared to my current prepaid plan with *yellow* telco. Would like some further details from users: -
- anyone using the B10 plan on an esim? For some reason, only B39 plan and upwards are offered esim. I am using Pixel 3a and want to park my main number on the esim and leave the physical slot vacant for other sims when travelling. - do Black plans have international roaming? I know they have "XOX Data Roaming" but I only need roaming to receive SMS and missed calls. For data, I can just use the physical sim slot with a better value data roaming package from other local or overseas telcos. I am not sure whether must subscribe to "XOX Data Roaming" for roaming to even work. - any problem with receiving TACs from banks? Nowadays,TACs are required for many transactions. Even non-bank apps require TACs. Thanks in advance. |
