one more.. can this lappy run so-so heavy games? im not hardgamer just a fan of NFS series..can it run NFS most wanted?

minimum graphic setting will do as long as the car run smoothly..
Desktop processor always the best if comparing with laptop 1. Laptop can't put the high performance pro cos need to consider the heat problem & energy consume. So if u need a high performance pro please choose desktop.
VIA just a brand like GF,ATI,INTEL GMA that produce graphic card. Mostly this graphic card is built in with motherboard and the performance is so-so only. If u want to play the latest games please take GF/ATI dedicated GPU.
New model of laptop will using sata HD as well but the speed just 5400rpm not like desktop HD can support 7200rpm & 10000rpm. Dell laptop got option to upgrade to 7200rpm HD but the price is expensive and generate heat.
laptop normally have 2 RAM slot. support how many GB of ram have to decide by motherboard can support or not. Normal mobo can support up to 2GB while some can support 4GB.
LAN & dial up modem port is a must for laptop. so worry free about this problem
