Anyway FYI landed strata units are becoming very common. Eg..GnG (gated and guarded) developments.

Basically, the landed property is just like a condo, comes with amenities like clubhouse, landscaped, security and uniformed designed. All residents have to sign a Deed of Mutual Covenant where house rules are applicable, i.e no reno which will change the façade of the building, visitor parkings, pets..and bla bla bla. And like all condo, each resident has to pay monthly maintenance fees plus sinking fee.
