Hi guys.

My question is, How to tebus Ohhsome prize? This is my first time *virgin Ohhsome*

- I have 93 points right now and they expire on 31st May.
- I already claimed 1 2 3 prizes, the 3rd one on 1st May.
- My Ohhsome rainbow symbol is now on red color

When I tap on that Ohhsome prize, it believe if supposed to bring me to spin the prize. BUT, it doesn't.

It says I already claimed the prize. So I was like very confused, when did I claimed the prize?

After all of the confusion, I went to Twitter to ask Hotlink CS over there. She said, I already used up all of my points and now only have 3 points left.

I'm getting more and more confused. Help me!

The Hotlink Red Points Reward will be based on campaign basis, normally 2 months for each campaign.

The red points reward is based on campaign basis & the current campaign period will be from 1st June 2018 – 30th July 2018 only. Any unused points earlier will be forfeited.

Also does subscribing to hotlinkMU allow you to get to choose the packs?

Is hotlink 45/- with free late night 60gb (1am -7am) can only use 2 gb daily during that time? I am talking about the 60 gb not the happy hour.

If you are referring to Hotlink RED pass (RM60 + 8GB + 60GB (1am-7am) = 30days validity) ; the 60GB can be use during the said hours and it can be utalize within the 30days period . It's not fixed 2GB/day .
