For Hotlink MNP request via online, our telesales team will be contacting you via call within 7 working days.
The Hotlink Fast plan is an expired plan & we no longer offer it for new registration. The current plan will be Hotlink Red Plan.

Yes, the Hotlink Red plan does come with free basic internet.
You may refer to the following details for call & sms rate under Hotlink Red Plan.

Call: 15sen/30 sec (all local network)
SMS: 15sen/sms (all local network)

Agreed! I have to agree also that lately Maxis line started to show some lost connection signs although signal still good.

yeah current RED plan is poorer. hence the "manipulation" of trying to get user change their plan without giving out full information. I don't use FB, so the 10gb is useless for me and have no incentive to switch to new plan tbh!

I'm on Hotlink Fast 3.0 now, should I switch to Hotlink RED for 99c?

What's the difference in the plan?

If I have the internet plan of 6gb/month activated and also have the Red Social activated, what happens if I use FB n Snap? I.e. (watching fb vids, etc). Which quota will it use first?

do i need to stay active the whole month to use the Free non stop red internet?
what happen if i subscribe a monthly plan just before my credit time expired, do i still get the internet plan?

The non-stop red social pass quota will be utilize 1st for usage on the eligible apps.

any idea how long is the validity period once i top up?
and how long is the grace period once validity period expires?

I'm asking this because i am currently working overseas, and would like to just retain my number for minimal usage.
