hunchback problem, need help, need help

hi guys i have quite serious hunchback problem ..
when i standing, my body look like S shape ...
few years ago did X-ray found on my back bone actually bend alittle degree to my right ...
doc said probably im born that way and my body will adjust this probem hmm.gif
but i want to improve my posture, dont want look like a creature when i grow old
so any recommendations?
i seen chiropractic but they dont offer me anything like braces?
also seen chinese doc like tuina but doesnt seem improving

Try yoga classes. It won't make the curve go away but it might help you to improve on your posture.

do any exercise that flexes your back, something like yoga or activity that requires you to have good posture
plus invest in a really good office chair and bed, bad chair/bed just make it worse

If that really help in solving your problem, then spine surgeon have to start part time as Uber driver or something already by now. Go see general orthopedic first to initiate proper follow up. Later they will discuss with you the severity of your kyphotic / lordotic and offer you some realistic measures to cater your need.
