GDex's service is spotty. Some places ok, some places not so ok.

At least i've not heard of people's stuff getting stolen or badly mishandled by GDex.

they will left a note stating that they've came to ur house but unable to deliver due to no one at the house that time...

u can collect ur parcel at the nearest GDEX office or call them to arrange for another delivery (by appointment) laugh.gif

U need a registered company name to apply for corporate account. Btw, they do not charge you monthly fee or annual fees but they have a minimum usage amount that you will need to meet.

Don't use GDex if u r going to make delivery to Melaka. If item missing, bye bye bye. Not to mention that they will bring u to court and have u beat down to stone age if the issue go so long until the law involvement. Find other solution if u going to make delivery to Melaka.

well GDex is not necessary better than poslaju smile.gif but frankly speaking their responses to customer are slightly faster than poslaju tongue.gif but I did have bad experience on their pick-up service for several times. They just cant be punctual smile.gif
