They are doing chapter dlcs, which is different start date/position throughout 3K period.

If naval battle are added later they wont come as dlc. Those can come as added features though I dont mind not having naval battles but make it like Warhammer 2 where there's option to fight manually at nearby beach/island.

Dissapointed.

I thought it was going to be like the TW Warhammer series where you have a General/Champion in each army with powerful Hero units.

Like using Lubu to solo plow into the enemy... too bad its not present here..

But you dont have Champion/Heros that is influential enough on the battlefield right?

In TWWarhammer, a high level hero can wipe out a few army battalions by himself.

Eh I dont think that would fit with how they market three kingdoms, this is meant to be historical with some touch of fantasy where as warhammer is full on fantasy.
Maybe some modders would come up with something that you like later on.

Yeah. I'm sure it's something that can be done easily once the mod tools are released. Anyway it's not something I woukd like for 3K.

Starting my Legendary Bandit Queen campaign now. My goal is to move down south, sail to Yizhou to set up base camp there.

Well based on Romance, Zhang Fei solo blocked an entire bridge.

Zhao Yun solo charge thru 100,000 pax army...

lots of other heroic feats by the generals which saw them single handedly defeating lots of footmen etc
