Im a new subscriber (about a month now). So far for me Maxis Fibre has been good. I get almost constant 30mbps with fibre. with 4g, depends where im at. at office i get a bit slower like 20-25. but at home getting full 30mbps.

Have you called the maxis experts and tell them about your problem?
