Try to call below number for Hospital Putrajaya FPP Scheme. I did that few weeks ago and the nurse gave me an appointment to go for briefing and fill up form. Today went for the briefing, then nurse checked my pink book and scheduled my first appointment with the chosen doctor.I trying to call hosp to do booking but no one answer, in the web, they say can walk in.
