Agent commission for a RM2m semi D

The agent commission for a RM2m property is it the standard 2% ? If the agent is attached to an agency, he will get 1%, while the company will get the other 1% ? But if freelancing agent, he will get full 2% ? If yes, then why should agents get attached to an agency and need to share 50% of the commission ?

The split is not always 50-50. It could be 60-40 or even 70-30 if I am not mistaken. p/s: which part of putra heights is the semi-D ?

I heard some 3% Agent/Negotiator percentage depending on experience can be up to 90% Only those new joiner get 70-30 Those with basic might be lower than 50%

Well, I think it depends on how easy to sell it. If easy to sell then it is easy money If 3% but takes and need to entertain a lot of customers and take 3 years.. might not be worth it Higher the property value, the more difficult it is to sell normally
