The agent commission for a RM2m property is it the standard 2% ?
If the agent is attached to an agency, he will get 1%, while the company will get the other 1% ?
But if freelancing agent, he will get full 2% ? If yes, then why should agents get attached to an agency and need to share 50% of the commission ?

2% on a RM2m property is already RM40,000, wow !
If really 3%, agents must be laughing all the way to the banks !
