Planning to but a tv box for my father, wondering which one is better for live tv streaming and watch movies?
Unblock tech gen4 tv box or Evpad plus?

EVPAD Plus is stable at both.
EVPAD Plus is using 2GB as it is very good in loading the product. It won't lag when switching channels, exit App and open App.
EVPAD UI is easier to use. EVPAD have separate App for different country live TV Channels.

As UBOX only use 1GB RAM as it may lag. My friend used UBOX 3 then 3 months later all channels cannot work already.

Ubox not all channels are stable. Some channels cannot load for a week or more.

I suggested you to get EVPAD. EVPAD is the best top recommended TV Box.

thanks you very much for the advice bro~. Because I also thinking about the Evpad right now, maybe more future proof abit, nowadays those app really consume ram quite much.
BTW, EVpad plus got KODI or need to install ourselves?

Easier to navigate through.

EVPAD have KODI installed. You have to install it manually.
If you want the KODI loaded. You may buy from the seller who will install KODI add-on for you.
Yes, nowadays many Apps need more RAM to load. That's why I recommended EVPAD PLUS.

UBOX is not really friendly, difficult to navigate.
EVPAD have separate App like Taiwan Live, Malaysia Live and etc.
UBOX doesn't have. All in one App. Difficult to choose if you want to watch which channel based on the content.
EVPAD have more content and more channels than UBOX. I don't suggest you UBOX as this box is super unstable.

I have bought from Little Yap, item may arrive today or tomorrow.

tried EVPAD, during peak hours some channel it lag vy frequent.

Depend which channels you are watching but even the paid IPTV service is not Money back Guaranty buffer free and there's a lot of alternative live streaming service if one is not working.

no go for unblocktech, i using it,feel like wanna smash it

when first i buy (almost 1.5 years back) i try both, decided to go for ubox, reason is
1) EVPAD will keep repeating the same content, its like rewind 10 - 15 seconds back, big frust especially when u watch movie or live.

2) control and UI for EVPAD is not user friendly, the menu font is small...old ppl will complaint

recently try to borrow evpad from my friend and compare, the conclusion is
1) EVPAD like more stable now, seldom lag but not all channel is viewable, i can say 80%
2) got axtro channel especially sport, Ubox previously also have but gone for quite some times.
3) control is still not so nice, remote control need to point very accurately to the box, menu font still small
4) i'm having difficulties in finding channel, the channel is not sort properly according to category
5) I think UBOX got more channel, especially china and india channel
6) in terms of video on demand (VOD) i think UBOX got much much more

I do find out other brand like cloud iptv, max tv....anyone try before?

Paying 600-700++ for old tech. Dudes, seriuously, for that money you can the latest 64bit chipsets from either rockchip or amlogic that runs on at least android 7. Comes with 3-4 gigs ram and min 32gig storage weii..

I need to start selling droid boxes d like this.. Lols

Content is rather subjective. They're the same apps mostly. As long as the one supplying it provides decent enough support for the buyer, the apps will work the same. Having a good vs. mediocre box will always make a difference performance wise.

Personally, I'd rather get my own box and load the pay stuff separate. Way cheaper and i get to choose both hw and sw. But in the end, never did bother paying. There's more than enough ways to get most of the paid stuff anyway. So.. To each his own or her own or it's own..

been on Ubox for 2yrs++. yes at times it lags awhile yet most of the times the channels provided very smooth and HD too. Fyi, y'all know tat like smartphone ios or android, those apps need update as well. failure to do so may affect the service. also when ur internet line not stable, any channels would also lag or hang.
