I requested relocation on 19th Dec 2017, called many times due to no call from your side for weeks. Up until now still no news, everytime I call they kept asking me to wait for call. How long do you need to take for the relocation? Who is going to refund the duration when I don't have access to internet? I paid for just waiting calls? Please take this case seriously because I'm really frustrated of waiting.

Hi Maxis,
If I have not gotten access to internet by next weekend, I will file for termination. I have no access to internet for basically the whole month while I still pay for it. This is not supposed to happen and it truly sucks. Even if the relocation is done by next weekend, I demand a compensation on my loss. Please be noted, thank you.
