From my experience:
Here's a summary of third party contract staff policy at DiGi
You're not entitled to allowance or bonus
You don't have access to shared folder
You will get second hand sloppy laptop
You will be treated as second class Digizen
You have no access to shared folders, only DiGi email
You cannot enter meeting rooms at level 1
You have no access to your own locker, can only share
DiGi permanent staff will enslave you to do work for them
Benefits of permanent DiGi staff
6 months maternity leave for female
Free subscription to DiGi services
Bonuses and increments
Free t-shirts
Town hall meetings - makan makan
And many many more
If you hired as third party DiGi contract or vendor, better stay away from DiGi. So called equal opportunity employer DiGi discriminates against contract/vendor staff.
Otherwise if you're permanent DiGi staff, it's good to go
