I being called to interview at digi hq in shah alam. Can anyone share their experience working there and their pay for analytic role？
Is there any public transport to the digi hq since I am not from kl? I can lower down my living cost a lot if I no need to drive on my own.

for public transport... u can take KTM to Shah Alam Batu 3 and from there Digi provided shuttle bus to the office.

Do you know what is the digi shuttle bus schedule? or maybe where i can find it
So, is that possible for me to take shuttle bus to go to work everyday? Take in consideration of ktm and bus
I heard that the parking is very congested, is that true?

another way is to rent near the office, there are several condos there. in fact there are people who cycle to work for those who live nearby

parking is quite ample IF you are not late for work

If you're going to take car to the interview, please check with your HR to book the parking. Not much car parks available outside the digi compound.

One of the most happening company j have worked with. A company that serves beers to their staffs during office hours. Benefit is good but with average salary

Benefits are good. There’s a quarterly bonus depending on company performance (my time there averaged about 1-2months total per year)

Then there’s performance bonus (permanent can get 2 months for meeting expectation, 1month for contract).
There’s a gym, quarterly townhall events where beer will be served. Open office with free seating. A mamak and a cafe. Balanced work life ( office usually empty by 6pm)

Downsides, the salaries are lower.

I am been offered as contract role.

When I was there, performance bonus is different (about half) compared to permanent. However quarterly bonus on company performance is same. Benefits and annual leave etc are also the same. But they can don’t renew your contract.

I just got an offer and been told Contract Staff is not entitled for any allowance.
Isn't that true?

use to work there as contract staff.
that time, not much benefit if contract staff tho.

full time staff get diskaun phone every year + 4 line (1 main 3 sub line for family).
for parking it quite ample as there multiple floor to park car
(just be careful on entrance/exit as it quite narrow)

food quite expansive in cafe but lot of ammety like coffee/tea/water/snack.

there even gym/badminton court you can use.

quite good place to work if you full time staff and work normal hour
(ayam work there shift hour last time)

Being offered permanent as channel sales for digi business, anyone work before and or any advice?
