It's because PA need to buy these limited version at normal price like other normal buyers
they can't get wholesale price for limited ver. of figures
since PA is doing business too, so they have to mark up the price to gain profit

I've already encountered few times from HLJ when I tried to buy an instock toy
& hope HLJ will ship along with the pre-order one

I've tried before too that the status of the item wrote "Future Release" (which means discontinued already)
then the next day it's in processing for ship out sweat.gif
