QUOTE(soft as hours @ Jul 11 2007, 07:43 PM) ^Hmm, considering she retails for about RM300 and factoring in the shipping costs (at least XL will save you the heart attack of dealing with shipping), RM350-RM380 is pretty reasonable. I wonder how tall she is ... will she fit into a regular Detolf ^^;; About 21cm tall, maybe this pic can give you an idea how tall is 21cmAttached thumbnail(s) |

Detolf is only suitable if you want to have a 360 degrees view on your figures
or else Ikea or other furniture shops has a lot of reasonable price shelf which sealed nicely to prevent a lot of dust go into it the bad thing is these shelf only 1 side glass |

QUOTE(LilKeV84 @ Jul 11 2007, 08:59 PM) haha, my shelf also has gaps, but i think not as big as the detolf Ikea has some shelf which has adjustable layersbut problem wif mine is the depth is not enuf, and the length can fit maximum 3 1/8s i agree, detolf IMO are the best coz, well...fully glass, can see from all angles but for me, detolf is not really suitable coz i collect mostly 1/8s, the space between 2 levels are just too wasting to display 1/8s i should post sum pics of my display, once i get a batt for the camera if the layers provided along with the shelf is not enough you can always buy those customized glass layers from Ikea to have a better view on your figures |

QUOTE(LilKeV84 @ Jul 16 2007, 08:20 PM) You don't really need a big megapixel & big macro digicam to shoot a nice macro pictureI've found out this "trick" by doing few experiments: 1) If your camera is over 4mp, just shoot the picture with zoom a bit further until you get a clear picture 2) Use software such as Photoshop, ACDSee to crop the excess empty spaces that you don't need to show 3) Resize the picture to a smaller size Normally doing that will allow you have a clear close up picture if you resize your picture to 640x480 or 480x640 it's actually 0.3mp resolution only |

QUOTE(valho @ Jul 17 2007, 09:22 AM) too bad they dun have for this two i think. USD90 commission is quite understandable due to the time spend on it, and it's not easy to build either. I would prefer to find someone locally to do it though, it's easier and I don't have to worry about damage during shipping. the only one I have found so far is brandonartshop, just need to find out how to get to his place haha If you able to get to Brandon Art shop, you can visit XL Ampang tooboth of them in the same area |

QUOTE(Demon_Eyes_Kyo @ Jul 17 2007, 10:28 AM) Lol was scouting thru and added that saber into my wishlist, maybe coz i saw the price was around 140, seems cheap compared to others which exceeds 200 and somehow looks quite nice for me. unfortunately got 2 incoming SIC, so low on cash at the moment, din know pvcs were like sic, single production run stuff Maybe you can take this Bome Saber into consideration tooBtw the saber e-jump bought, he posted a pic 1-2 pages back, how much is that? http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-13-71-8x-49-en-70-24p3.html |
