my latest figure haul ^^



Thanks to be@rbrick for Mikuru and Lilkev for Nendroid Yuki, got the MF Yuki from XL. So now all my SOS Dan character from MF is complete , just need Mikuru to complete the nendroid version.

beside that something I found in a forum, Hobby Japan 1/8 Saber in school uniform, but not sure if it's limited or not though

yeah but they do comes with quite a number of accessories, u can even swap them between different nendroids

yup too bad have to wait till sept to get her, quite a long wait
haha yup it's very tempting to collect all the figure when you already have 1 or 2 of them

but going to SG just to buy a figure is more costly wouldn't it, unless you travel there often for other things like business, otherwise it's not really worth it unless u bring back a lot at one go. i would rather just order it online as the price aren't that bad either

yeah recently a lot of shunya figures but luckily i only like a few of them, gonna get this one

new series of revoltech Fraulein Revoltech, they looks pretty good with nicely hidden joints, release for Rei seems to be in Dec

The figures from Django of Slaughter are starting to look good, was thinking of skipping these argg getting poison liao. The Shuraki figures are also looking good except for the one carrying a halberd, somehow doesn't looks at nice, but could be the low quality pic though

still remember the new line of articulated figures from Max Factory called figma, this is what they have line up for us

wow planning to get all the haruhi figures izzit. must resist, just the SOS dan one is enough for me hehe

now you can add a meido rider to your meido saber and rin, if their base can all join together than very nice

this year line up gonna make me go broke, so many nice stuff to get. the new set of haruhi nendroid is so cute, and have yuki in wizard robe

looks kinda scary though haha, but the armor detail is very good

yeah it seems the 2k limit is at the hall, but you can still buy it online at their site. from what I heard buying online in Japan is a hassle though

yup arrive liao, shipping quite fast
for the round bulb i use an 8 watt and the long one is 11 watt, this kinda of bulb wattage is lower but it;s the same as a 60-70 watt bulb. Just make sure you test it's white color

if it's too bright, you can always use diffuser , use a few layer of tracing paper if you have to, or moving the light further from the object works too

the first pic looks nice, the subsequent one the color is a bit wrong i think . remember to turn on macro mode for the shots though.

this is how my lights are place, more or less anyway. usually the top light is slightly at the back to give some highlight to the head and the front is at about 45 degree angle on 1 side and a reflector on the other side oso about 45 degree. This will give a better 3D feel to the photos, if the lights is all at the front it'll be a bit flat

the yellowish is coz white balance wrong hehe , usually i use custom white balance by using a white paper as reference
