It seems you can ship preorders together if they're released within a month of each other - you can read the details at their FAQ.

if u ordered figure A & B together, they will ship together if they are released on the same month
else, if 1 is delayed, the first one will be shipped out exactly on the 1st of the next month
if they are on diff orders, they will be shipped separately

but if 1 parcel is small and another one is big, it may not be retained, coz maybe the small 1 pass through 1st, then the big one, so no prb
but if 2 big one pass through together (like what happened to me), then be ready to visit them
but dun worry so much lah, chances is like 1 in 30, unless damn unlucky like me lah
