1. Preferred brand : Any
2. Budget : Below 2.5k
3. Usage : normal usage(multi tasking), light gaming
4. Screen Size : below 14"

Preferred to be very light weight(below 2kg) becoz need to keep taking it out for use.

You need to top up a little but it's worth the trouble:

Nice glossy screen gaming and movies, surprisingly strong speakers and great performance for the price.

There are Acer variant on this, but..... Well, I suggest you look at it yourself, it's not good for movies.

Depends on your usage. UX430UA has better display, slightly better build quality and slightly better battery life. And more portable too. 320s 14 has better CPU performance and slightly better keyboard. Also dGPU.

Zenbook is premium consumer line while Ideapad 300 series is budget consumer line so there might be differences in QC too

The only good ones close enough for the budget will be:

-Acer Aspire 5 with MX150 2GB = RM 2699
-HP Pavilion 15 with MX150 2GB = RM2899

My advice is either to suck it up to a bigger 15 inch laptop or enjoy a lame-tastic quasi-ultrabook. Not recommended :

-Acer Swift 1 = RM2199 with 128GB ssd, 1.3 kg and 13.3 inch.

It's a pentium, forget fortnight on this one. Half life and 2D games are your games now. Do try to get a 256GB ssd one though, because 128GB is quite limiting.

If you're lucky, you may be able to find a cheap Acer Swift 3 at RM2799, that's even better.

HD620 is the minimum acceptable for gaming these days.

You need to bump up your budget to 3k if you want dGPU for light gaming. What games you play?

You need laptop with good build quality and good battery life too

Cos both have huge price gap for ssd upgrade.

320s after survey best price now is RM2355 on 11 Street. 
Can’t see RM2199 on Lazada already... sad to miss the boat

First: SATA and NVMe doesn't matter, normal users don't need NVMe drive, you won't notice significant speed difference

Good SSD are more expensive so I'll go for something cheap but still have decent 4k speeds. What's your budget on the SSD? I can help you to choose the right SSD. RAM is RAM, any brand will do, just make sure it has the same timings and frequency (this one different also OK, just to be safe)
