Is it possible to find a rm4k laptop with 1050Ti ah?

Thunderobot 911 SE (N850HK1). You have to sacrifice in CPU: i5 7300HQ is dated IMO. Keep in mind that this model runs hot so repaste may be needed. Needs undervolting and maybe some heatsink/case modding too. Already have 8GB RAM and 128GB SSD.

Or Dell 7567 if you can find it somewhere (EOL) and can deal with the poor TN panel. Need RAM upgrade.

Or wait for more CFL-H options

You're referring to system RAM? Some models still using LPDDR3 but most DDR4. Gaming laptops all DDR4 if not mistaken

Thanks alot for the suggestion. Will really look into it.
No just that have bad experience with Acer laptops lol. But that was few years back tho, just lost the trust in the brand. Thats about it smile.gif

These options come with my mind, though I may miss out some options:
1. Asus UX430UA with 7100U, 8GB RAM+256GB SSD, good IPS panel, 1.25kg, 50Wh battery
2. Lenovo Ideapad 710s plus with 7200U, 8GB RAM+256GB SSD, good IPS panel, 1.1kg, 46Wh battery (OKish battery life)
3. Lenovo Ideapad 320s 14 with 8250U+920MX, need RAM+SSD upgrades, entry level IPS, 1.7kg, 52Wh battery
4. Lenovo Yoga 520 14 with 7130U, need RAM upgrade, entry level IPS, 1.7kg, 52Wh battery

Is there any particular reason why you want to avoid Acer laptops? They have decent models like Swift 3 15 and Spin 5 13.

Welcome. Yeah those days most Acer laptops have issues. Now they have improved a lot but still have some flaws/cons in every models.

Good IPS panel: HP Envy 13, Asus Zenbook UX430UA, Acer Spin 5 13, Asus UX331UN (LP MX150, mediocre cooling due to small chassis)

Entry level IPS: Acer Swift 3 15, Lenovo Yoga 520 (needs RAM upgrade), Lenovo Ideapad 320s 14 (needs RAM+SSD upgrades), Acer Swift 3 15 with MX150

HP Envy 13, Asus UX331UN, Xiaomi Mi Notebook Air: with 8250U+MX150 (LP), good display (for movies), soldered RAM, mediocre cooling (due to small chassis), good build quality and battery life

Acer Swift 3 15 with 8250U+MX150: entry level IPS, soldered RAM, good build quality and battery life

Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro with 8250U+MX150: good display, soldered RAM, great cooling, good build quality and battery life

Lenovo Yoga 520 with 8250U+940MX (MX130): entry level IPS (touchscreen), good build quality and battery life, need RAM upgrade

Acer Aspire 5 with 8550U+MX150: entry level IPS, good build quality and OK battery life, OKish cooling, need RAM upgrade, not that portable (2.2kg)

Lenovo Ideapad 320s 14 with 8250U+920MX: entry level IPS, good build quality and battery life (with 52Wh battery), need RAM+SSD upgrades

Yeah you need to make compromises. Sadly there's no suitable model for you in this price range. There's a Dell Inspiron 7570 with 8250U+940MX (MX130) and good display but mediocre battery life.

This is mainly due to bad thermal paste job. After repaste should be OK. It has good build quality, I would say even slightly better than my Y520. For this budget Aspire 5 and 320s 14 have good build quality. 320s 13 as well but the cooling and battery life are mediocre, excellent IPS panel though.

In the end, I have made a jump into picking legion y520(just like in your sig, but without the ssd and ram upgrade).
At RM2.5k for freedos, the price is a steal.

Must add RAM and SSD. Otherwise very laggy. Blame Windows 10. You can check my review in LTT forum to see how to tweak the laptop.
